About
Hi, I'm Max.
I’m an AI & Automation Lead with a background in production leadership. I work across the product, the technology, and the team — turning a business need into something people can use and clients can rely on.
In my current role, I built an AI content operation from the ground up. The first phase was about assembling the team, developing generation workflows, and finding a quality standard we could repeat. We then moved into regular production, delivering thousands of images and videos for client use.
I build AI agents and automated workflows, work with Python, model APIs and ComfyUI, and fine-tune models with LoRA and DoRA. I also own the product decisions: understanding client needs, choosing what to build next, and balancing quality, cost, and delivery time. Day to day, I lead the production team and keep clients and the owners informed about progress and results.
Before moving into AI, I spent more than ten years in content production. As Head of Content Production at an EdTech company, I built a four-person team and cut lecture editing from three hours to forty minutes with an AI-assisted workflow. Earlier work includes more than 200 concerts for a Polish state cultural institution and 298 freelance projects for international clients.
I also build tools for my own work: Chronicle for AI agent memory, and LocalFlow for local transcription and meeting notes. I work in English, Polish, Ukrainian, and Russian; my English is B2+.
I’m looking for a fully remote role that combines building AI systems, product ownership, and leading a team.

“The best production system is invisible. You see the story, not the machinery.”
